This is an Extraordinary Book......



First, I have to credit my wonderful friend and coaching colleague Linda Lazzaroni for recommending this book to me.

In Playing Big, Tara Sophia Mohr brilliantly explores many of the challenges facing women in today's workplace. She does this by looking at both the systemic causes for these challenges and by offering practical, straightforward and compassionate solutions.

I read the book as a coach with a high percentage of female coachees; but it also absorbed me as a father to a teenage daughter and as a friend.....I would also venture that the chapters on the Inner Critic and Dealing with Feedback, will be / should be of equal interest to men.
