About Me

“The results you are currently getting are directly correlated to the actions you are currently taking”

Before training to be a coach, I spent 25 years in global marketing and communications. During this time, I worked in every part of the value chain and founded several agencies.

In 2016 my life changed dramatically when my wife died very suddenly and I became both mum and dad to our two children.

I knew that I wanted to spend more time at home and could use my commercial & personal experience to help others achieve their life long goals by understanding their deepest held ambitions and overcoming those internal hurdles and self limiting beliefs with which we all struggle.

I took the opportunity to study for the prestigious coaching qualification at Cambridge University and establish my own coaching practice; a decision which transformed my life and career.

My style is compassionate yet challenging. My work is rooted in Positive Psychology frameworks. I work collaboratively with my clients to set truly powerful goals and to build the pathway to achieving extraordinary ambitions.

Whilst my coaching covers all aspects of personal and commercial performance; I have also developed a specific and highly regarded framework for career coaching.

I consider it a huge honour to coach; working with people to achieve outstanding success is a sheer privilege.
